Instructor always seemed rushed but got the job done
The Instructor always seemed rushed. They got the job done but it was hard to keep up and I had my ATOM right next to me. There were times I had to stop the video to finish the step and then back it up to make sure I did it right. I could barely make out the colors on the ATOM on screen.

Good
If you spend enough time, you'll learn everything this course has to offer on ****.
However, this course is well structured, there are no downtime, so it will be much more efficient than YT.
Biggest weakness: the author doesn't know how to film the ATOM itself, which is greatly overexposed, making it almost impossible to see the colors of the pads.

Good Info but what color is that button?
Better exposure of the controller would have been better. Such a bright area that the color of the buttons is too dim.

This was worthwhile - time well spent.
Thomas Cochran (not the same dude who sings Life is a Highway) does a really good job of breaking down the features of the Presonus Atom. Freakishly tiny hands though, but this actually works to the viewer's advantage as you can see what buttons he is pressing on the Atom. This course utilizes good picture-in-picture editing so you can see the Atom controller while at the same time, see how it is manipulating Studio One (and other DAWs). Thomas is really articulate and (in my humble opinion) has broken down the topics of the Atom better than Presonus does in the user manual. Watching this course was time well spent, as it made me aware of way more capabilities than I originally thought the Atom had. Many I will use; others, not-so-much. Two thumbs up!
