Michael Morrise, born in 1991, is a musician and multimedia producer who has lived in Utah for most of his life. The musical inclinations of his parents (especially his father, who is a school music instructor) and other family members spurred on his devotion to the craft. In 2009, he discovered DAWs and downloaded the demo version of FL Studio, and his life hasn't been the same since. Michael studied at Snow College, in the BM Emphasis Commercial Music program. His areas of focus at Snow included music technology, songwriting, pops / rock keyboard sound programming and performance, and musical improv comedy. He graduated in spring 2019. He oversees music projects for clients of all kinds, edits podcasts, creates video content for his YouTube persona MSLD, and - most importantly - is proud to join the Groove3 author team.
