Useful Insights into mastering in general, not just Ozone
On top of the functionality of the software it's good that Larry demonstrates mastering various genres and decides to ignore certain modules, but explains his thinking. How many of us get to watch mastering in (kind of) real time? By the end of the course you certainly know Ozone in depth, and it demystifies a lot of the mastering process. I'd recommend watching this along with the Ozone 8 Explained course too.

Very informative and smart.
Very well done tutorial. Who would believe that it will be so easy to master track by yourself without mountain of speakers and perfect room. This guy is very patient and smooth. Very good process and set up in Logic X and Ozone. 2 thumbs up..

Well thought out course. Does not get into the weeds on each Ozone module but does provide practical real world mastering examples. Requires good monitor system or headphones. Only suggestion would be a little more explanation as to why certain modules or tools were used to solve sonic issues versus others...

Very useful, hands-on video - though could be slightly improved.
Good structure to the lesson - but the instructor isn't really sharing his experience with the tweaks, as well as I would have liked. He's kind of a quiet guy. A good idea would have been to provide summaries at the end of each video. The case studies are quite useful, but I felt that the instructor wasn't really getting into the nuts and bolts of the program. He should provide a wrap-up at the end of each case study, like "OK, here we had a pop track that was mid-range and subs weak, and the high frequencies were to harsh. We corrected that with the EQ and Dynamic EQ, and added some stereo width with the Imager, " etc. Recap the specific fixes for each problem. Otherwise, pretty good.

More than more
These are some of the most enlightening tutorials I have seen on mastering. The are 1/99 times where I fail to hear the differences that the narrator talks about but that is probably because I have very little knowledge of mixing and mastering. The tutorials are also very helpful in the decision to purchase Ozone (before this, I thought it was ridiculously overpriced).

Watching this tutorial has taken my understanding of mastering (not only with Ozone 8) to a whole new level.
