Rated 2.0 out of 5 by from Narration is terrible I can't stand the way this guy talks. Stiff cadence of voice. Way too many fluff words and pointless filler phrases. Just give me the information. This tutorial could've been much shorter in length if it was communicated effectively.

Rated 3.5 out of 5 by from its.ok.. bit slow... I found he repeated stuff a lot and spent a lot of time faffing about irrelevant things and grammatical speaking and not getting straight to the point. There was a few key things in there that were great though, like midi channel 10 port A/B and slicing :)

Rated 5.0 out of 5 by from Very Useful! The demonstration is a good teaching itself to inform you of the capacity of Groove Agent 4. However, it's still a detailed tour guide. To go deeper, you need to read the manual. By the way, I really like the author's voice, which never fails to create a soothing atmosphere for me.

Rated 5.0 out of 5 by from A difficult product explained well. This is a hard one, and I blame that on the product rather than the reviewer. There is a very reasonable logic to how Groove Agent 4 works, but until you understand it, you will likely be lost. I tried to experiment my way through, but on my own I could not even load up sounds. Can't Groove Agent load a default kit on startup so you perceive that it works at all when you first dive in? That should be a default feature that you can turn off once you find your way around. The videos are very clear and concise. I normally expect to watch a 2-hour series in about 3 actual hours, but I found it took a good number of sessions so I could absorb everything and make it my own. I just bought Groove Agent 4 and want to know it inside and out so I was constantly pausing and going back and rewatching short segments until I knew what was being shown. That's on me, not the reviewer, so far as taking a long time going through all this. The bottom line is I now feel capable of using Groove Agent 4 and I was completely lost going in. I even like it! The fact that you can bring in samples from outside is a huge plus. This series is must watch for prospective Groove Agent 4 users.

Rated 3.0 out of 5 by from I'm very sleepy! Although the content of this tutorial is helpful, I'm afraid the narration of the videos is absolutely robotic. I can understand a need for a script, however, rather than the narrator using the script as a cue, it is read word for word, with wording accents needlessly included! If you want to learn the ins and outs of Groove Agent, then this is really the only option. You will however, find yourself rifling through the medicine cabinet for anti-depressants!

Rated 4.0 out of 5 by from Le professeur est excellent . Le professeur est excellent cependant le cours est donné dans un environnement Cubase 7.5 !! On est rendu rendu Cubase 9 donc ce cours est un peu obsolète et devrait être mis à jour.

Rated 5.0 out of 5 by from Excellent Guide! Mark does a great job delving into this very deep drum plugin. He touches on all you need to get up and running with Groove Agent either as a standalone instrument or as VST in Cubase, and his explanations are right on target.
