Helpful indeed!
A little bit dated regarding the version, but even though I have the latest iOS update (summer 2020) it serves the purpose of getting you up to speed to a level in which further exploration and learning can be done at one's own pace with a solid base to build on.

Superb
I’ve had an iPad for years and a desktop DAW for many more, but I’m new to GarageBand and iOS DAWs in general. Eli Krantzberg is simply the best music software tutor on the planet, and he’s done it again! I feel completely educated and confident in GarageBand- a week ago I knew next to nothing about it! Groove 3 is unsurpassed in the field - the best there is!
