Get an introduction to the course with an explanation of how and what things will be taught.
Here we familiarize ourselves with the places where we spend a lot of our time in FL Studio so we have some background knowledge before getting moving.
Creating Drum Patterns8:55
In this video, we take a look at selecting and sequencing drums to build a few blocks as a base for our song.
Creating Melody Patterns10:32
Here we begin to make a chord progression for our song to follow, as well as a bit of sound design in making some synth instruments for bass, chords, and an arpeggio.
Shaping Sound in the Mixer12:36
Now we take our raw sounds and refine them a bit so that they will play nice with each other when mixed together.
Building a Song Structure9:01
See how to shape the melodies into a real song structure, and build a few more patterns and make this song unique and catchy.
Layering the Overall Sound10:16
In this video we’ll fill out our sound so that it’s big, fat, and rich with sonic character.
Adding Character with Effects & Automation13:55
Here we make our song breathe with life by adding filters and other effects, as well as automating parameters.
Polishing & Filling Up5:44
With the new space cleared up by our filtering and mixing, we can add a few more touches to make our song really pop, like a synth solo!
Pushing Forward with Transition Effects14:38
Here we get each part sewn together a bit more by adding effects and "whooshes" to make transitions build and take you through the song.
A Few Finishing Touches10:47
We're getting there! Just to make sure everything is in the best shape we can make it, we’ll go over a few tweaks, like final compression.
Mastering & Exporting16:25
Let's make this track loud and proud for the world to enjoy, then get it exported so we can listen and share anywhere with anyone!
Listening to Our Finished Product5:34
The time has come that we finally watch and listen as we play our rendered song in FL Studio!

Wow Golden Nugets
Really you laid out so much in this tutorial. Literally tons of golden nuggets. What I liked about it is that you threw out some important points (without) going into detail this way I was able to make notes as you eloquently show us the procedure of making a song from beginning to end. (not making it complicated). I was able to outline it as you were moving along. Now I am able to look at the outline and study it in detail and stop to learn exactly what you pointed out through research and searching tutorials on that subject and part. This is the first FL Studio video tutorial I have ever really understood. You actually maid my membership worth every penny paid. Bottom line you kept it understandable and kept my attention. Amen Thank you Sir for your time and expertise..... Dave

Great hands-on video tutorial!
Tyler builds a nice song from scratch using only FL Studio stock plugins. He has an excellent pace and I am learning a lot from his workflow - the shortcuts he's using to keep the track organized and tidy is excellent. Great video, great teacher, thank you!

Awesome way to start compleating ideas.
The tutorial is really good and helpful. Although I only have 1 complain. And that is that after the chapter 5 and over he starts going too fast, and not explaining so much in detail as he does in the first chapters. Other than that I'm really happy with the workflow and content of the tutorial.
