Not only does he hit the specifics within the channel strip, but he also gives a great tutorial on the use of EQ and compression, regardless of what you're using. I really didn't understand sidechain compression before this video — now I do!

This was perfect and straight to the point, he went over every single SSL channel strip detail and then some. I only wish there was more EastWest videos like this.
