Rated 2.0 out of 5 by from Not so good coach ... There are really great coaches and there are really bad coaches and there are many levels in between. Sadly Doug Zangar is closer to the bad end. His teaching is not very inspiring. He is talking fast, which is fine for me, but it's not very clear and doesn't get to the point. Obviously he is making things up as he goes along - just notice how often he jumps to some detail saying something like "Oh, and actually I could show you xy". And just from watching only 4 or 5 videos from (than I couldn't stand it anymore) I found inaccuracies which makes the viewer doubt the knowledge of the coach (like "the ASIO standard was invented by Cubase" - no, Cubase is a product from the manufacturer Steinberg. Steinberg invented the ASIO standard). I tried one more of his courses, then just deleted all of Mr. Zangar's tutorials from my wishlist. There are way better tutorials and coaches, some of them here at Groove3.
