Great for Practice
The title is slightly misleading. Yes they are backing tracks, but not really for music production so much as practice. For practice they are super. Pick something you need to work on and there is probably a track you can use.

A Big Help!
It's just great to have a backing band, playing some really nice rhythm tracks for you to help hone your guitar playing. This is especially good in that you work at your own level, and not have to worry about "the rest of the band". So many options and different keys for you to try. I'll be using this on a regular basis. I highly recommend this book!

Amazing
A very good idea for training you hear you read the score you play and you have the time and the scale to write the melodic part correctly

TONS of great stuff
Like the intro says, if you can't find practice material, you're not looking that hard. This is geared toward the beginner to semi-pro level player, with enough variations to keep your interest. Even some full time pro's could find it useful. Being able to access anywhere, anytime on your mobile device is wonderful. Thank you to the folks Groove 3 for making it available.
