unnecessarily redundant
I did learn important stuff here, and the ability to print out the exercises is great, but boy do I wish I had some of my time back. The repetition is truly unnerving to the point where I started to dissociate while I waited for new information. All the essential content of this 1hr 52min series could be distilled down to 20 minutes, and then I could go back to watch specific sections over again if I need to instead of hearing the same things literally dozens and dozens of times. Please edit this series to remove the redundancies.
