Great refresher on the basics

The supplied info for the Strymon reverb was not adequate to get to grips with the operation of the pedal. The Grove 3 videos made it possible for me to get to grips with the pedal

Helpful But Poorly Presented At Times

I did learn some important things about the product and am indeed glad I watched this tutorial, but it was poorly presented at times. The presenter frequently blocked the view of the input screen with his hand and seemed unprepared at times.

Looking forward to confidently delving into the pedal its great to know you can use the pre-sets as a starting point to creating your desired sound The function of all knobs and switches was explained clearly I would have liked to have seen an additional video demonstrating the pedal in action during a composition/song and seeing the player move from one patch to another during that composition and using the expression pedal. On the whole a great tutorial Thankyou

Really enjoyed this series. Agree with another reviewer about the amount of time spent on saving patches was a bit much. Aside from that it was really inspiring and made the pedal feel more approachable. Would love to see more of these type of videos in the future!

It saved my relationship with a new Blue Sky

Even though I'm an engineer with many years of experience with many years of experience with musical gear - I found the Blue Sky 'powerful but very confusing' at first. I kept getting lost in the modes and settings and patch selections. This video series cracked the code in the perfect way. I went from 'about to return the unit, even though I loved the sounds' ... to 'excited to dig in.'

Great Information!

Well taught, step by step process, great audio and video. Quickest way to get up to speed with a fairly complex effects pedal. Helps you get the full impact of what is possible. I wish there was more Groove 3 tutorials on Strymon products.

Barely covered the unit

Way too much time wasted on saving. There are many more settings that were never covered - magneto for instance. The only reverb types covered were cloud, shimmer and bloom.
