Benny Golson Master Class

In this jazz masterclass video lesson, tenor sax giant Benny Golson interacts with students and discusses the elements of his life and artistry. Recorded and filmed on April 25, 2005, at Loyola University in New Orleans, it's a unique opportunity to hear one of the greats give his take on creating and performing music throughout his career. Songs performed include "Along Came Betty," "Blue 'n' Boogie," "Cool Mean Joe (Killer Joe)," and "Whisper Not."
