Each sample is assigned to its own zone. Each zone has its own unique playback parameters. Zones are mapped across the keyboard in the Mapping Window, and organized into one or more groups, each with their own playback parameters as well.
Mapping Module Overview (04:27) - Explore some of the basic functions available in the key assignment, group table, and zone table views.
Sampler: Zone Module Overview (02:28) - Discover the zone level editing functions, which are laid out similarly to the editing functions found in Quick Sampler.
Sampler: Basic Sample Loading (04:29) - Discover where the various Load Audio File functions are located, and how simple drag and drop works for either editing existing instruments, or creating new ones.
Sampler: Advanced Drag & Drop Mapping (04:50) - Learn how the more complex mapping options, available when you drag and drop outside fo the key assignment areas, work with both individual and multiple samples.
Sampler: File Management (07:14) - Learn about file management with this new Sampler instrument, and see what is the same and what has changed compared to the old EXS 24 file management.
Sampler: Tips & Tricks (06:17) - See how to easily and quickly set up a round robin cycle, explore some of the new modulation sources, and see how to get a sliced loop into Sampler.
