Yes! All of our viewing and purchase options for all of our products feature the same great content and video quality!
Do I need a fast internet connection to view the tutorials online?
Yes. A cable or DSL modem or faster is required to view our tutorials online. You can quickly check and see if your connection speed is sufficient by visiting any of our product pages and clicking the free sample video. If the free sample video plays back with no issues, then all of videos on the site will work just fine.
Do I have to be connected to the internet in order to watch the tutorials?
Yes and No. If you have an "All-Access Web Pass" online membership then yes. If you have purchased a digital downloadable product, after the download is complete, you no longer have to be connected to the internet to view it.
Can I download individual video tutorials to my computer so I can watch them while not connected to the internet?
Sorry, at this time you can not. To view while not connected to the internet you would have to purchase an entire downloadable product.

Is there a recurring membership?
Yes, we have both recurring and non-recurring membership options. All options are listed out on the All-Access product page. As of 7-14-09 we have begun offering non-recurring membership options. If you choose a one-time billing option, when your access period is over, you will not be billed again. You can log back in at anytime in the future and purchase access whenever you want.

Are the videos included in the digital download the same ones that are online?
Yes! All of our viewing and purchase options for all of our products feature the same great content and video quality!
Are these video restricted / protected in any way? Do I truly own them?
Yes and No... Our online All-Access Web Pass products are currently only viewable online, so they are not downloadable. Our digital download and boxed versions are, so you can watch them anytime without an internet connection. In either case your are purchasing the right to view the content for yourself only. Groove 3 corp will always "own" the content, your are simply purchasing the right to view it.
Do I have to be connected to the internet in order to watch a Digital Download product?
No, once you are done downloading it, you simply launch the player application and watch from your computer's hard drive, as that's where the content is stored.
Do I need a fast internet connection to download a product?
Yes. The downloadable products range from 300 mb to 1 gb in size, so you will need a fast reliable internet connection such as a cable modem, DSL modem or fiber optic connection.

How long will it take to download my product?
This totally depends on the product size and how fast your connection speed is. Average download times range from 10-45 minutes.
Once I download the product what do I do?
Mac Instructions:
1. Once the download is complete, the product will automatically "unzip" and a folder will appear in your default download location set by your internet browser. In most cases this is the "Downloads" folder in your Dock.
2. Simply find the product folder, open it, and double click the "Click to Begin" file.
3. The video player will launch and you'll be able to browse through the video categories and titles and watch your tutorials.
4. You can move this folder anywhere you'd like on your computer, but you MUST leave everything in the folder. If you move any of it's components out of the folder, the player will no longer work.
PC Instructions:
1. Once the download is complete, the product will saved to the location you chose.
2. The file will be a ".zip" file and will need to be extracted before viewing it. Simply right click on the zip file and choose "Extract" and choose a location for the new folder.
3. Go to the newly extracted folder and double click the "Click to Begin" file and the video player will launch and you'll be able to browse through the video categories and titles and watch your tutorials.
4. You can move this folder anywhere you'd like on your computer, but you MUST leave everything in the folder. If you move any of it's components out of the folder, the player will no longer work.
Can I burn the digital download product to a CD-R / DVD-R for backup?
Yes. Simply open up your product's folder and select ALL of it's contents. Then add these items to a new blank disc in your burning software. Be sure to burn them to media large enough to contain it. If on Mac, you can control click on the product folder and view "Get Info" to find out the actual size of your product's folder. If on PC, you can right click and view "Properties" to find out the actual size of your product's folder.
Can I play the videos directly from the CD-R / DV-R disc I burned?
Yes. Simply double click the "Click to Begin" file that's on the dic, and the player will launch as usual.
I paid for a digital download, but never got an email with the download link.

My digital download is taking forever to download, why?
The item you are downloading is quite large and depending on your internet connection speed, may take a while. This is usually a good time to grab bite to eat, walk the dog, or spend some time with your "significant other"!
My internet connection timed out and I can't fully download my product What can I do?.
Unfortunately you'll need to start the download over again to ensure the product works correctly.

What does my computer screen resolution have to be set at?
It is recommended that you set your viewable screen size to 1024x768 or larger.
How can I see a list of only the videos I payed for?
It's simple... Just login to your account and click the "G-Player" tab at the top of the website. Once the player loads, move your cursor to the right top corner of the player window, and the menu will appear. Now check the "Only Show Full Access" box, and only the tutorials you've paid for will be shown in the player menu.
How can I watch the videos in full screen mode?
Just click the "Full Screen" button at the bottom edge of the player window. To return simply press the "Esc" key on your computer keyboard.
How do I start a tutorial over again?
Simple, just double click the play / pause button and the tutorial will start again from the beginning.
How do I pause a tutorial?
It's easy, just click the Play / Pause button one time to play or pause the video tutorial.
Can I have the tutorials continually play after each other?
Yes! Just click the continuos play arrow button located between the Full Screen button and speaker icon. Now the tutorials will continually play after one another. Just click again to turn the feature off.
