Videos
Introduction & Interface (05:09) - This video introduces the series and plugin and also outlines the different areas of the interface. We can move forward with an overview of the plugin?s sound and interface.
Layer Browsers (03:52) - We discuss the layers browser next, allowing us to determine the raw sounds we'll be using to create our patches.
Tone Pane Pt. 1 (11:41) - Next up, we focus on the Tone pane, including a variety of parameters that alter the sound of our two layers. This includes things like formant shifting, tuning, tone, and vibrato, among others.
Tone Pane Pt. 2 (07:05) - This video is concerned with the remaining parameters of the Tone pane - especially the adjustments we can make to looping rhythmic phrases.
Mod FX Pane (05:49) - Next up, we cover the Mod FX pane, where we can add a series of effects that really bring our raw sounds to life. As the name suggests, these effects can be easily modulated to give hands-on control of patches.
Channel FX (05:10) - This video covers the channel effects, providing us with EQ, compression, reverb, and delay to further dial in our sounds.
Layers Motion Pane (06:45) - We cover the LFO and complex sequences available to us in the Motion pane next. This allows parameters to be modulated over time at varying speeds to create movement and emotion.
Particles Tab (12:59) - In this video, we demonstrate the amazing Particles module, which allows a cloud of notes to be formed around our root note. This creates clusters of notes that, when combined with spatial effects, allow for some very ethereal, atmospheric vocal textures.
Arpeggiator Pt. 1 (09:50) - Next up, we look at the Arpeggiator and see how to create varied sequences of notes in different ways.
Arpeggiator Pt. 2 (05:16) - In this video, we cover the Arpeggiator modes, allowing us to create chords in various inversions. The modes also include a host of randomization possibilities.
Global Tab & Modulation (04:25) - Next up, we demonstrate the master eq, compressor, and other various settings in the Global tab. We then cover modulation in more detail, including ways in which we can modulate our main expression knob for easy movement within our patches.
Sound Design Example (11:35) - We finish off by creating a sound from scratch, bringing together many of the ideas we've covered during the video series.
