Vocal Compressor (08:01) - Learn about the Vocal Compressor and its unique features for vocals. A dual-band compressor with different modes emulating classic compressor units, it also features dynamic EQ bands, a unique Air Frequency boost, a Tilt feature, and root pitch frequency tracking powered by the Auto-tune tracking. Gary walks you through this plug-in and shows how to use it on vocals.
Dual-Band Compressor & Assist Modes (08:35) - Discover how the Vocal Compressor works in dual-band mode using two different types of compressor modes focusing on specific types of compression styles. We also see how the Assist feature can work by analyzing the input audio using machine learning and how it recommends compressor modes, settings to use, and how to apply and edit these. Finally, we look at how the pitch-tracking works to help track the frequencies and provide better vocal dynamic compression control.
Vocal EQ (06:23) - Gary demonstrates how to use the Vocal EQ and the unique features like the Tilt dynamic controls and the Air band.
Using EFX with Auto-Tune Effects & Other Effects (07:27) - In this video, we get a look at EFX and EFX+ and the differences between them. We also see how we can add our own effects and edit them in EFX+.
